  I had steered away from chili's for a long time, food wasn't good at one point. But in recent visits it has been amazing I would definitely recommend to anyone. The service has been good as well.

  Went in around lunch time with my brother on 07/07/19. I ordered the bacon chicken sandwich and replaced the fries with corn. I got one piece of sandwich and corn and at every other chili’s ive been to I get two pieces of sandwich and the corn. I ordered the other half of the sandwich and was charged 9$ but for the one piece of sandwich and corn I was charged 11$. Why was I charged more for a piece of sandwich and corn than a whole sandwich??? Lastly, my change was supposed to be $2.95. And the waiter only brought back $2. I know it’s only .95 cents but the fact that the waiter gave me only that and walked away was weird. In a way I feel like I was robbed. I don’t live in Phoenix but this experience ruined it for me and will never be back again.

  Place is clean and nice. The manager approached us to see if everything was going good, which I thought was nice. The only reason I give it a 4 star is it was a Saturday (which it is a pretty busy day) and the waiter was scruffy looking and barely came by the table. He wasn't rude or anything just thought he looked like he just rolled out of bed and walked into work. But the food was fantastic and will be returning.

  I ordered a turkey sliders with no bacon. The server brought them to me with bacon. She apologized and had them remade which took another 15 to 20 minutes. My guy friend was completely done with his meal. When she bright my food out after they were remade, I flipped the sliders over and the had bacon on the bottom of 2 of them and pieces of bacon on my tray. I know it wasn't the server's fault, but the cooks need to remember how to cook for customers with allergies. I'm a Restaurant Manager and I know this is very important. ~Mamatpp

  Came here to celebrate my son's 16th birthday. From start to finish, the entire experience was top notch! Service was outstanding and food was fabulous! Had a question regarding a small issue and asked to speak with someone. A gentleman by the name of Nathan stopped by the table and introduced himself as the General manager. To be honest we kind of expected what is now the norm somewhat rude sub-par customer service. What we got was super nice extremely helpful true quality customer service! Our server and Nathan were Amazing! So if you're hungry and want Excellent customer service eat at this Chili's, you wont regret it!
